Patient experience covers the 2 aspects of care- the healthcare system and the patient environment. Patient experience is the series of communications, education, safety and quality care that patient and their relatives receive with the healthcare system that includes doctors, nurses, labs, diagnostic centers and staff physician practices along with all other healthcare facilities. It also includes what patients’ value highly when they seek and receive care, such as getting timely appointments, easy access to information and good communication with healthcare providers.
